The graffiti features German text ("Einz" and "Movee"), which strongly points toward a German-speaking country. The style of the wall and the surrounding environment suggest an urban or industrial area in Germany. The climate and vegetation appear consistent with Central Europe. I suspect this is in a city like Berlin or a similar urban center in Germany. I am moderately sure of this location.

The graffiti continues to show intricate, stylized lettering consistent with urban street art culture often found in major German cities. The industrial building architecture, with its ribbed metal siding and horizontal frosted glass windows, is very typical of German commercial or warehouse districts. The manicured green grass strip suggests a well-maintained urban environment rather than a derelict zone. I am becoming more confident that this is in Germany, likely Berlin, given the high concentration of such graffiti spots. I am fairly sure of this assessment.
