The architecture with the tall, multi-story apartment buildings and the specific style of the windows strongly suggests a German city. The cars parked on both sides of the street and the general urban layout are typical of residential areas in cities like Berlin. The light and vegetation indicate a temperate climate, consistent with Central Europe. I am fairly confident this is in Germany.

The street signs clearly read "Willmanndamm" and "Neue Steinmetzstraße," which are specific locations in Berlin. The German text on the delivery van confirms the language and context. The architecture and street layout are perfectly consistent with the Schöneberg district of Berlin. I have enough information to pinpoint the location.
