The style is reminiscent of 19th-century residential buildings found in Vienna or Budapest. The reflection in the glass suggests a classic urban courtyard or street environment. The architecture features very distinct, tall, arched windows with a grid pattern and small, low-level basement windows with iron grilles. The masonry style and the blue street sign plaque are highly characteristic of Vienna, specifically the historic city center. The building facade is impeccably maintained, typical of the Hofburg or similar imperial palace complexes. I am very confident this is Vienna, Austria.
