The road markings and the presence of tram tracks on the left suggest a Central European city, likely Austria or Germany. The architecture of the large, utilitarian building on the right combined with the tram infrastructure points strongly towards Vienna. The blue sign on the pole is a typical European traffic sign indicating a specific road type or direction. I am fairly confident this is in Vienna, Austria.

The view confirms the tram lines and the distinct architecture of the Hilton Hotel in Vienna, which is visible in the distance. The road layout and the surrounding urban environment are consistent with the area near the Wien Mitte station. I am very confident that this location is in Vienna, Austria.
