I am flying over a city with North American style architecture, brick buildings, and a dense urban feel. The traffic lights are vertical and hanging, which is common in Canada. The vehicles parked on the street, including the pickup trucks, strongly suggest North America. I suspect this is a major Canadian city, possibly Vancouver, given the lush trees and urban density. I am reasonably sure about the country.

The architecture with the brick buildings and the specific style of the traffic light poles strongly points to Gastown in Vancouver, Canada. The "No Left Turn" sign and the overall urban layout are very characteristic of this historic area. The construction site and the water tower on the roof are distinct landmarks. I am very confident this is Vancouver, British Columbia.
