The text on the building advertisement is in Spanish, and the "20" speed limit sign is consistent with European standards. The architecture of the apartment blocks and the dry, sunny climate strongly suggest a Mediterranean environment. The power pylons and the specific style of the bollards are very common in Spain. I suspect this is in a major Spanish city, likely in the outskirts of Madrid. I am moderately sure.

The sign explicitly mentions "Campamento," which is a well-known neighborhood in the Latina district of Madrid, Spain. The architecture of the residential blocks and the overall urban layout are highly characteristic of this specific area. The presence of the "20" speed limit sign in a residential zone confirms the local context. I am very confident that I am in the Campamento neighborhood of Madrid.
