The architecture is distinctly Central European, featuring ornate, neoclassical facades typical of historic urban centers. The street sign "Zone" and the general layout strongly suggest an Austrian or German city. The presence of a "Carhartt" store and a tourist-style pedicab indicates a busy, central shopping district. The traffic markings and the overall urban aesthetic are very characteristic of Vienna. I am quite confident this is Vienna, Austria.
