The street features tram tracks and German-language signage, including ".at" on the "fitinn.at" sign, which strongly points to Austria. The presence of a "Drei" (3) store and a "T-Mobile" store confirms this is a major urban area in an Austrian city. The architecture and the density of the street suggest a central district. I am fairly confident this is in Vienna, Austria.
