The architecture and street signs, specifically the "Stubenbastei" street name sign, strongly point to Vienna, Austria. The German language on the storefronts and the overall urban aesthetic confirm this location. The cobblestone street and the specific style of the buildings are very characteristic of the inner districts of Vienna. I am quite confident in this assessment.
