The architecture and overall atmosphere, including the street layout and the trolleybus overhead wires, strongly suggest a city in the Baltic region, likely Estonia. The street signs and building styles point towards Tallinn. The presence of a trolleybus is a strong indicator for specific Eastern European or Baltic urban centers. I am fairly confident this is Tallinn, Estonia.
