The architecture, characterized by these specific multi-story apartment blocks with light-colored facades and simple, functional designs, strongly suggests a location in Northern or Eastern Europe. The vegetation and the bright, clear sky are consistent with a Baltic summer. The style of the buildings and the urban layout feel very typical of Estonia. I suspect this is in Tallinn, given the prevalence of this specific post-war residential architecture. I am moderately sure of this location.
