The text on the advertisement says "A NATOČENÍ ŘAS" and "ŘASENKA," which is clearly Czech. The architecture and the presence of tram tracks are very characteristic of Prague. The "Klenoty" store and "Pizzeria Corleone" are specific businesses found in the city center. I am very confident this is Prague, Czech Republic.
