The architecture, with its multi-story residential buildings and distinct style, strongly suggests a German-speaking city. The blue circular sign with a white arrow is a standard European traffic sign. The presence of a green railway bridge in the distance is a common urban feature in cities like Berlin. The overall atmosphere and vehicle types align perfectly with a major German metropolis. I am fairly confident this is Berlin.
