The street signs are in German, specifically mentioning "Stubenbastei," which is a street name in Vienna. The architecture and the style of the bollards are highly characteristic of central European cities. I see a "CareTec" store sign, which is a company based in Vienna. The overall urban aesthetic strongly points to the inner city of Vienna, Austria. I am very confident in this location.
