The architecture, with its grand, classical style and colonnades, strongly suggests a Central European capital. The presence of a tram line and the specific design of the traffic signals are characteristic of cities like Vienna. The overall urban layout and the style of the buildings point toward the Ringstraße area. I am quite confident this is Vienna, Austria.
