I am flying over a street with architecture typical of Central Europe, specifically Germany. The house numbers (83 and 102) and the style of the buildings strongly suggest a German city. The cars are parked on the right side, consistent with right-hand traffic. The overhead tram or trolley wires are a common feature in many German cities. I suspect this is Munich, Germany, given the building density and style.

I am 60% sure.

The blue "P" parking signs are distinctively German in style. The architecture, with its multi-story residential buildings and high-pitched roofs, is very characteristic of dense urban areas in Germany. The presence of numerous bicycles parked along the street is also a common sight in German cities. I am now quite confident this is Munich, likely in a residential district like Schwabing or Maxvorstadt.

I am 85% sure.
