The vehicles are driving on the right side of the road. The architecture, featuring red brick industrial-style buildings, is characteristic of Central Europe. I see a sign with the German word "Lieber," confirming the language. The overall landscape and the MAN truck strongly point towards Germany. I am fairly confident this is in a German city.

then: forward

The road features cobblestone shoulders and mature trees, typical of urban areas in Germany. The architecture of the brick building on the left is very distinct, suggesting an industrial or historic district. I see a MAN truck and a Mercedes, reinforcing the German location. The overall atmosphere feels like a mid-sized German city, possibly in the eastern part given the style of the buildings. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
