The sign "GRAVE-HOLZHAEUSER.DE" clearly indicates a German-speaking region, specifically pointing to a company dealing in wooden houses. The architecture of the multi-story residential buildings is typical of dense urban areas in Germany. The presence of fallen leaves and the overcast sky suggest a late autumn day in Northern Europe. I am fairly confident this is in a German city, likely Hamburg given the "Grave" company's regional presence.

I suspect this is in Hamburg, Germany. I am 75% sure.
