The street sign says "Augustinerstr." and the shop signs mention "Wienblick" and "Austria Corner," pointing strongly towards Vienna, Austria. The architecture is classic European urban style with ornate facades and overhead tram wires. The street name and the proximity to a large, recognizable building in the background suggest a central location near the Vienna State Opera. I am very confident this is in Vienna, Austria.
