The image shows a simple concrete block wall with a lamp post, characteristic of residential areas in parts of East Africa. The reddish-brown soil at the base suggests a tropical or subtropical climate with iron-rich earth. The architecture and lighting style point towards Kenya, specifically the outskirts of Nairobi where such construction is common. I am moderately sure of this location.

The concrete block wall with the specific pillar design and mounted lamps is very characteristic of residential compounds in Nairobi, Kenya. The lush green tree and the clear blue sky suggest a pleasant, temperate climate typical of the Kenyan highlands. The overall construction style matches the gated residential areas found in suburbs like Karen or Langata. I am fairly confident this is in Nairobi, Kenya.
