I see a sign pointing to "Mission Bay," which is a well-known area in Auckland, New Zealand. The architecture, the specific style of the street signs, and the bike lane markings are characteristic of downtown Auckland near the waterfront. The driving side appears to be on the left, consistent with New Zealand traffic laws. I am very confident in this location.

I suspect this is Auckland, New Zealand. I am 95% sure.
