The architecture and the style of the building, combined with the "CASA" in the shop name, strongly suggest a location in Morocco, likely Casablanca. The light pole is painted blue, a common feature in many Moroccan cities. The Mitsubishi truck and the general urban environment align with a busy commercial street in a North African city. I am fairly confident this is in Casablanca.
