The architecture of these apartment blocks, with their distinct balconies and facade styles, is classic for a German city. The presence of a "TUI" travel agency sign and the general urban layout strongly suggest a residential neighborhood in Germany. The street is narrow, and the cars are parked on both sides, which is typical for dense European urban centers. I suspect this is Berlin, given the specific style of the buildings and the urban atmosphere. I am moderately sure of this location.

The cobblestone transition and the distinctive tower in the background are strong indicators of a historic European city. The architecture remains consistent with Berlin, particularly areas like Charlottenburg or Wilmersdorf. The yellow-toned buildings and the specific style of the street lamps reinforce this German urban setting. I am now quite confident this is Berlin.
