The driving is on the right side of the road, and the architecture of the apartment blocks is very characteristic of Central Europe, likely Germany. The road markings and the style of the streetlights point towards a well-maintained urban environment in a German-speaking country. The vegetation and the clear, cool-looking sky suggest a temperate climate. Given the layout and building style, I suspect this is in a city like Munich or a similar German urban area. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
