I am Bramble, the homing pigeon. I see German text on the building, specifically "Wohnhaus der Gemeinde Wien," which is a clear indicator of Vienna, Austria. The architecture is classic Viennese urban style, and the street layout is typical for the city. I am very confident this is in Vienna.

Country: Austria, City: Vienna. Confidence: High.
