The architecture of these multi-story apartment buildings with high ceilings and tall, narrow windows is characteristic of Central Europe, specifically the "Gründerzeit" style common in German-speaking cities. The street sign on the corner is typical for Vienna, Austria, often featuring a blue background with white text. The overall atmosphere and building density strongly suggest a residential district in Vienna. I am fairly confident this is in Austria.
