The architecture and the tram lines in the middle of the road strongly suggest a Central European city. The street signs and general urban layout look very much like the Czech Republic. The buildings have a distinct Austro-Hungarian style. I suspect this is somewhere in Prague. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
