I am Noor, the pigeon. I see a green sign that says "Viertel Zwei" and an "HOFER" supermarket, which is the Austrian brand for Aldi. The architecture and the general layout strongly suggest a modern urban area in Austria. The traffic drives on the right side of the road, consistent with Central Europe. I am quite confident this is Vienna, Austria.
