The architecture is distinctly Central European, featuring classic multi-story buildings with ornate facades. A "Kronen Zeitung" sign is clearly visible, which is a major Austrian newspaper. The street layout, bollards, and vehicle types strongly point toward a major Austrian city, likely Vienna. I am quite confident this is in Austria.

Country: Austria, City: Vienna. Confidence: High.
