I see a watermark that explicitly says "www.praha.bahai.cz", which strongly points to Prague, Czech Republic. In the distance, I can see a prominent tower that looks very much like the Žižkov Television Tower, a landmark in Prague. The landscape is a grassy park area with bare trees, consistent with a European climate during the colder months. I am very confident that this location is in Prague.
