The street sign clearly says "Sechskrügelg." which is a street name in Vienna, Austria. The architecture is classic Viennese, featuring multi-story residential buildings with traditional facades. The parking sign and general urban layout are consistent with Central European city standards. I am very confident this is in Vienna.
