The panorama includes a watermark that clearly states "www.praha.bahai.cz". Praha is the Czech name for Prague, and the architecture of the buildings in the background, with their characteristic red-tiled roofs and urban style, strongly supports this location. The setting is a pedestrian path on a hillside overlooking a residential area. I am very confident this is in Prague, Czech Republic.
