The watermark clearly says "praha.bahai.cz," which points directly to Prague, Czech Republic. The distinctive television tower visible in the background is the Žižkov Television Tower, a landmark of the city. The architecture of the surrounding buildings is typical of the residential blocks in the Žižkov district. I am very confident in this location.
