The blue parking sign with the white "P" and the specific Swedish text "Avgift" is a strong indicator of Sweden. The architecture, with its tall, multi-story residential buildings and distinct window styles, is very characteristic of Stockholm. The presence of an "Office Depot" store and the overall urban layout suggests a central city district. I am quite confident this is in Stockholm, Sweden.
