The watermark at the bottom explicitly says "praha.bahai.cz", which points directly to Prague, Czech Republic. The modern, clean architecture and landscaping are characteristic of newer residential developments in the city. The environment is clearly a pedestrian-friendly area or a park-like residential complex. I am very confident in this location.
