The Cyrillic script on the building sign "БАРИЛГЫН БИРЖ" strongly suggests Mongolia. The traffic is driving on the right side of the road. The architecture and the presence of Japanese cars are very typical for Ulaanbaatar. I am quite confident this is the capital of Mongolia.
