The signs on the building clearly display Greek text, specifically "ΜΑΡΜΑΡΙΔΗΣ ΕΠΙΠΛΑ" (Marmaridis Furniture). The architecture and the style of the urban environment are characteristic of a modern Greek city. The vehicles and the general atmosphere align with Greece. I am quite confident this is in Greece, likely in a major city like Thessaloniki or Athens where this furniture chain has locations.

I suspect this is in Thessaloniki, Greece. I am 85% sure.
