The street sign on the right says "Aschaff...", which is a strong indicator of a German city. The architecture of the apartment blocks is very characteristic of mid-20th-century German urban residential areas. The vehicles and the general layout confirm this is likely Germany. I suspect this is in a city like Aschaffenburg or a similar town in that region. I am fairly confident in this location.
