The driving side is on the right, which is standard for the United States. The "Taqueria Tierra Caliente" truck and the urban architecture, including the high-rise buildings and light rail tracks, strongly suggest a major US city. The sign mentioning "Convention Ctr" and "Crypto.com Arena" points directly to downtown Los Angeles. The specific intersection and the massive building under construction confirm this is near the Financial District. I am very sure of this location.
