The scene shows a modern, multi-lane highway bridge with high-rise buildings in the distance, suggesting a major urban center in a desert climate. The architecture of the skyscrapers, particularly the distinctive shapes, strongly points toward the United Arab Emirates. The bright, hazy sky and arid surroundings are characteristic of the Persian Gulf region. I suspect this is Abu Dhabi, given the specific skyline profile visible on the horizon. I am quite confident in this assessment.
