The architecture features distinct red brick with horizontal light-colored banding, characteristic of Central or Eastern Europe. The yellow road sign with a blue square and white icon is typical of Russian-style traffic signage. The red and white painted crosswalk markings are also common in Russia. I suspect this is in a Russian city. I am moderately sure.

The architecture, with its ornate, classical European style and light-colored facades, points more toward Central Europe than Russia. The parking markings and the blue square sign with a white 'P' are standard across many European countries, particularly Poland. The trees and general urban density feel very much like a historic district in a Polish city. I am fairly confident this is Poland.
