I see a "Paczkomat 24h" sign on the building, which is a signature feature of InPost parcel lockers in Poland. The architecture and the general environment look very typical of a Polish commercial or suburban area. The blue flags in the distance also suggest a commercial setting. I am quite confident this is in Poland. I suspect this is in a city like Warsaw or a similar urban center.
