The traffic is driving on the right side of the road. The street signs and the "Farmacia" label are in Spanish, and the architecture style is typical of South American cities. The "Farmacia Libra" sign is a strong clue, and the general urban atmosphere points towards Argentina or Uruguay. The license plates and the overall look of the street suggest Montevideo, Uruguay. I am fairly confident in this location.
