The architecture of these apartment blocks, with their distinct balconies and facade styles, is highly characteristic of German urban residential areas. The vehicles are driving on the right side of the road, which is consistent with Germany. The street design and lighting poles further reinforce this Central European setting. I suspect this is a residential street in a city like Berlin or Leipzig. I am moderately sure of this location.
