The watermark explicitly states "www.praha.bahai.cz," which strongly points to Prague, Czech Republic. The architecture of the apartment blocks and the overall landscape are highly characteristic of residential areas in Prague. The trees are bare, suggesting early spring or late autumn in a temperate climate. I am very confident this is in Prague.
