The image is upside down, but I can see a European-style city street with dense tree cover. The architecture looks classic, possibly Central or Southern European. There is a blue sign visible that resembles a parking or transit indicator common in countries like Hungary or Spain. The presence of a SEAT vehicle suggests a strong link to Spain or a country where they are popular. I suspect this is Budapest, Hungary, given the building style and street layout.

I am 30% sure this is Budapest, Hungary.

The street layout and architecture strongly suggest a major European city. The white SEAT car and the specific style of the street signs and lane markings point toward Hungary. The buildings have the distinct, grand, multi-story aesthetic found in central Budapest. I am now quite confident this is a major boulevard in the heart of the city.

I am 75% sure this is Budapest, Hungary.
