The police vehicle says "DE TU LADO" and "POLICIA," which is characteristic of Argentina. The "GOMIENZA" sign and the overall architectural style strongly point to a South American urban environment. The vegetation and the specific design of the "No Parking" sign further support an Argentine location. I suspect this is in a city like Buenos Aires or a nearby suburb. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
