Coo! I see traffic driving on the right side of the road, which points to North America. The billboard mentions "Jucivan," and the architecture of the modern apartment buildings under construction is very characteristic of the Pacific Northwest in the United States. The overhead trolley wires suggest a city with a robust public transit system like Seattle. I suspect this is Seattle, Washington, specifically near the University District. I am fairly sure of this location.
