The architecture, featuring ornate, historic buildings with classic European facades and cobblestone streets, strongly suggests a Central European city. The specific style of the street lamps and the overall urban atmosphere are highly characteristic of Prague. The presence of a Christmas market stall in the background points toward a winter season in a major Czech city. I am fairly confident this is Prague, Czech Republic.
