The vehicles are driving on the right side of the road, which is standard for North America. The trailer says "Yellowstone Landscape," a company primarily operating in the United States. The architecture of the high-rise building in the background and the general road infrastructure look very typical of a suburban American city. I suspect this is in the United States, likely in a major metropolitan area. I am moderately sure of this location.

The road infrastructure and the presence of a "Yellowstone Landscape" trailer confirm this is in the United States. The tall, distinct residential architecture in the background is very characteristic of the Chicago lakefront area, specifically near Lake Shore Drive. The lush, mature trees and the concrete barrier design are consistent with urban parkways in the Midwest. I am quite confident this is Chicago, Illinois.
